Case McCoy is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on February 12, 1990 in Abilene, Texas, United States. McCoy only started one game this season with Ash as the starter. It was against Kansas State. He had been in Kansas earlier in the season to replace Ash. His game-winning drive of 68 yards was capped with a D.J. touchdown pass. Grant was left with 12 seconds to go. He was also able to get off the bench against TCU.
McCoy was disappointed with the play he saw in his freshman year, so he competed against Garrett Gilbert and David Ash to be the quarterback’s starting position during the 2011 season. McCoy and Ash were replaced by Gilbert after he failed to win against BYU. McCoy then led the team to victory with a game-winning drive. McCoy and Ash shared starting duties for the next three weeks. However, McCoy lost his starting job after failing against Oklahoma. When Mack Brown needed a spark, McCoy was late to the Missouri and Kansas State games. He almost led a comeback against Kansas State. He was therefore named the starter for Texas A&M’s game. This was the final scheduled meeting between these in-state rivals. It would also be A&M’s last Big 12 game. Texas A&M led 9 to halftime. However, Texas A&M took the lead in quarter 3 and lost it in the fourth. McCoy was able to do enough, including a 25-yard running, to score the game-winning field goal. McCoy was not able to play in the Holiday Bowl 2011 because of a poor performance against Baylor the week after. McCoy set the school record with 124 consecutive passes in 2011 for starting a career without an intercept.
McCoy attended Graham High School, where he was coached at the time by his father Brad McCoy. McCoy was a prep All-American and two-time all-state quarterback. He also played in the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl 2010. He was the fifth-most successful high school quarterback in Texas history with 10,475, and the third-most attempts (1,245). According to ESPNU, he was the 35th best quarterback prospect out of school. He was also a three year letterman in basketball and track and field, and a first team all-district selection in basketball when he was a junior.

Casey Burl McCoy, also known as “Case The Face”, is an American football quarterback who was born July 15, 1991. Over a three-year span, he played 16 games for Texas and amassed a record of 9-7. He is also known for being the younger brother to NFL quarterback Colt McCoy.
He was ranked 10th in school history for career passing yards (3.689) and 10th for touchdown passes (24) and he led five fourth quarter comebacks.
